It is important in any business to keep customers happy. This is not hard and doesn’t create extra work.
All you have to do is supply a great product, at a fair price, and keep customers informed; and finally do what you say you are going to do. So if you have a lot of work on and you will not be able to send their order out for a week or so, let the customer know. This is what we endeavour to do with our customers. It doesn’t always happen so there is room for improvement.
